3. Advertiser's Responsibility
Advertisers (real estate agencies, brokers, and builders) are solely responsible for the truthfulness and legality of the properties and information published. ÑemuPorã acts as a technology and digital intermediation platform, not being responsible for hidden defects or irregularities in the properties listed.
4. Intellectual Property
The design, AI tools, the ÑemuPorã brand, and the portal's source code are the exclusive property of ÑemuPorã Ecosystem & Tech. The use of 'scraping' or data mining techniques without express authorization is prohibited.
5. Fees and Payments
Use of the portal may involve subscription fees or highlights (as per Advertisement Plans). All payments are processed securely, and refund policies follow current consumer standards.
6. Applicable Law
Any claim relating to the ÑemuPorã website will be governed by the laws of Paraguay, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
